Important Notices
If you are unable to attend this course notice must be provided 24 hours before the course date to cancel MCE registration. A cancellation charge of $25 will be assessed. No refund will be issued to individuals who register for a course or class but do not attend. If you must cancel your registration, please reply to the email sent to you upon registering for the course.
Due to TREC regulations, FHAAR must enforce the following policy: "Any MCE student answering or making a telephone call or responding to a pager during a TREC approved MCE course will be disqualified from the course immediatly with no refund being given. This policy will be enforced during the 50 minutes of each hour dedicated to instruction. All phone calls and pager responses must be made during the alloted 10 minute break set each hour."
FHAAR reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment or other reasons. If the course is canceled, all fees paid will be promptly refunded in full.

FHAAR teams up with Texas Tech University affiliate to bring Online Courses for our agents.
The Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS® has partnered with Academic Excellence, a company affiliated with Texas Tech University, to bring Central Texas real estate professionals correspondence-based courses designed specifically for agents in Texas. The agreement includes a six-hour "Texas Legal Update" course that satisfies Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements. Courses in real estate pre-licensing are also available. There are two types of courses, one where students who register for courses will be able to immediately download course manuals and study at their own pace. Then others that require the materials to be sent to the student. Hard copies of course manuals for both type of courses will be shipped to the student by UPS. Try this quality resource today!
